The engineers’ team of Biagio Turbos has as its main target to find solutions which are more and more appropriated to satisfy the needs of its clients. Because of this target Biagio Turbos is able to develop turbochargers that last longer and with remarkably quality.

All the projects are developed using the highest technology available – CAE/CAD/CAM. This allows speed, agility and precision in the development of prototypes, which increases the reliability in the quality of the final products.

With a set of exclusive and innovative projects, from aerodynamics of the wheels up to bearing housings with bearing systems patented by Biagio Turbos, the company strives constantly to improve its own products to the satisfaction of the market requirements.

Biagio Turbos manufactures its own casting models using technologies CAD/CAM. As the company owns and controls its foundries is able to make all the key components for the turbochargers. The bearing housings and the turbine housings are made through a process called “Cold Box ” what ensures great repeatability and more accurate dimensional stability. The compressor housings, on their part, are made by the process of permanent moulds.

The company also develops its own models of casts for the manufacture of the wheels, through the process of Plaster Mould for the production of compressor wheels and the investment casting (lost-wax) for the production of turbine wheels.

All the turbochargers under development as well as all available to the market are constantly tested with a dynamometer owned by the company. This equipment is capable of measuring, among other variables, the following: the power and torque of the set compound by the turbocharger and the engine, under diverse conditions of operation, ensuring the maximum efficiency, performance and durability for the entire line of products of Biagio Turbos.
